To better facilitate servicing of accounts and entertain the ever increasing needs of our clients, some IntelliCare departments at the Head Office in Feliza Bldg., V.A. Rufino St., Makati were transferred to Skyland Plaza Condominium in Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati effective January 5, 2009 (please refer to map).
These departments include the Operations Group (Membership Services, Claims, MIS Departments), Finance Group (Billing, Collection, Treasury and Accounting Departments) and the Administrative Services Department. Office trunkline is 902-3400.
The other departments like Sales and Marketing, Underwriting, Account Management, Account Processing, Medical Relations, Human Resources and Office of the President Group (Corporate Communications, Audit and Strategic Management Departments) remain at the Head Office.
