Please be informed that effective September 10, 2008, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center in Mc Arthur Highway, Saguin City, San Fernando, Pampanga will no longer be affiliated with IntelliCare. We advise our valued clients to check our other accredited hospitals within the area.
Please be informed that effective immediately, the Payward rooms of Cardinal Santos Medical Center will solely be used by indigent patients. Hence, IntelliCare members enrolled under Payward are reminded that they will incur incremental charges should they go to this hospital for confinement.
Please be informed that Asian Hospital and Medical Center has modified their room accommodations effective January 01, 2009. Most of the Semi-Private rooms have been converted to Executive Private rooms and only two (2) Semi-Private rooms are retained which are dedicated for pediatric patients. Members enrolled under a Semi-Private category are reminded that they will incur incremental charges if they will use this hospital for confinement, except if they will downgrade to Ward.
