Please be informed that IntelliCare Coordinator's clinic at The New Medical
City Hospital will be transferred to the Medical Arts Bldg. (MATI Bldg.)
Basement 1 (beside the Union Bank) effective January 10, 2011.
All issuance of both Referral Control Sheets (RCS 1 and 2) will already be
handled by the said clinic. Outpatient consultations will also be
available. Schedule of doctors will be announced later.
